Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Broome Concierge SaaS platform and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Broome Concierge provides an AI-powered guest communication tool designed specifically for vacation rental hosts and property managers ("Hosts"). The platform generates contextual answers based on pre-loaded general data and specific property data inputted by the user.

2. Acceptable Use and Responsibilities

As a Host using our Service, you agree to the following:

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the property rules and attributes you provide to the platform.
  • You will not use the Service for any malicious, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or subvert its AI systems (prompt injection or jailbreaking).

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

The Service is offered on a subscription basis after an initial free trial. Payments are processed securely via our payment partner, Stripe.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Affiliate Revenue Sharing

When the AI concierge recommends local tours or activities to your guests, these recommendations may include affiliate tracking links. Broome Concierge currently pays out 100% of the commission bounty to the active property Host. We reserve the right to alter this split or remove the affiliate feature with 30 days prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high accuracy, the artificial intelligence systems powering this Service may occasionally generate incorrect or "hallucinated" responses. You agree to hold Broome Concierge harmless for any outcomes or disputes between you and your guests arising from incorrect information provided by the AI.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
